These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the goloto platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, financial transactions, bonuses, and customer support. By creating a goloto account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause in this Agreement. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use goloto. One account per person. False information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as specified per promotion. goloto reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
All transactions are processed in PKR. Withdrawals require completed identity verification. goloto reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software, bonus abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
goloto provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools. These are binding once activated. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the risk of gambling and your responsibility to play within your means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goloto login credentials. goloto is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your account details.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using goloto, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the goloto platform. These Terms apply to all users accessing goloto from Pakistan and wherever goloto services are made available.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
The goloto Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a goloto account and to access any of the Services. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. goloto enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification checks may be carried out at any point, including before the processing of any withdrawal.
Underage Gambling is Illegal and Harmful. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending identity verification. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the depositing payment method if the account is confirmed to belong to a minor.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active goloto account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. goloto reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your goloto account. goloto shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the goloto Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. goloto makes no representation that access to or use of its Services is legal in all locations. If you are accessing goloto from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goloto login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. goloto strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform.
If you become aware — or reasonably suspect — that your goloto account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify goloto immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. goloto will not be held liable for losses incurred prior to such notification where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your goloto account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account. You must not allow any other person to use your account, and you must not use another person's account.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. goloto reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, after which the account may be closed. Users will be notified by email prior to such action being taken where contact details on file are valid.
goloto accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. goloto reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. goloto does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, goloto requires that Users have completed identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). Required documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. goloto reserves the right to request additional documentation where required for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to verification status and the processing timelines of the relevant payment method. goloto reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where a transaction triggers our anti-fraud or anti-money laundering screening procedures.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. goloto will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: goloto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with applicable international AML standards. Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the relevant account(s) will be suspended pending investigation. Cooperation with any such investigation is a condition of using the goloto Platform.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible goloto account holders as specified in each individual promotion's terms. goloto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion. Bonuses are generally not available to Users who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are set out in the specific promotion terms attached to each offer.
goloto defines "bonus abuse" as any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, low-risk hedging across multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the goloto platform. Bonus abuse is a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and the permanent closure of the associated account.
goloto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a User. In case of dispute regarding a promotion, goloto's decision shall be final and binding.
Each game available on the goloto Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules shall not constitute grounds for voiding a bet or claiming a refund.
goloto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an incorrect price, where a technical error has occurred, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a fraudulent or manipulative scheme.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or communication error during a gaming session, goloto's transaction logs shall be the primary record of all game outcomes. goloto shall not be liable for any loss claimed as a result of a malfunction where the malfunction cannot be verified through server-side records. goloto will endeavour to resolve any such issue fairly and will notify affected Users where practicable.
All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting and international matches, are subject to goloto's sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or voided at any time where circumstances warrant, including in cases of match abandonment, official score correction, or data feed failure.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the goloto Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

Once a Responsible Gaming Tool has been activated — in particular self-exclusion or a cooling-off period — goloto will not reverse or override it on the basis of a User's subsequent request to do so before the designated period has elapsed. All content on the goloto Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of goloto or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any goloto content without express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of goloto's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goloto's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their goloto account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
goloto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether goloto was advised of the possibility of such damages.
goloto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service downtime, data transmission failures, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside goloto's direct control.
goloto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon termination for cause, goloto reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following any applicable investigation period, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or proceeds of fraudulent activity.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting goloto support. Voluntary closure does not entitle Users to any waiver of pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which goloto operates. In the event of any dispute arising between goloto and a User, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through goloto's internal complaints procedure, accessible by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) business days, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by goloto's licensing authority. goloto's decision on matters of game outcomes, account verification, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding absent clear evidence of administrative error.
goloto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, goloto will provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the goloto Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the goloto Platform and may request account closure.
